Properties: Peppermint has a fresh, strong, cool, and penetrating aroma with deep balsamic undertones. It awakens, refreshes, and uplifts the mind to reduce fatigue. It also supports self-confidence. It helps soothe and comfort digestion. It is also energizing and may help to stimulate concentration, focus, and mental alertness. Peppermint is a very versatile oil when used with the proper precautions.

Safety:  May cause skin or mucous membrane irritation. We recommend using a maximum of 1-2% dilution for topical use. Avoid using with children under five years.

Shelf Life: 5 years

Use – aromatic/diffusing and topical. When using topically always refer to dilution chart.
