Description

This toner helps to restore glow and remove dead cells in a gentle way. Willow bark extract is rich in tannins and salicylic acid like materials. Combined with the other ingredients and essential oils in this formula, it is able to gently help increase the turnover of dead cells.

Use in the evening after cleansing and before moisturizing.  Apply with a cotton ball.
